It's a rare occurrence when a cheerleader tells me that the drills and progressions have helped her improve her tumbling. They usually can't "connect the dots" from training to results. They usually just like to "throw" things or ask incessantly to get spotted. So when this girl said, "yeah, I liked the drills. It made me feel like I'm moving my body the right way," it's always a surprise. I usually get impatience and resentments.
