Back Handspring Positions

Good Video on Back handsprings.  I do a lot of these positional, static, drills, especially the "tight arch" handstands.  Very important. If you can't hold yourself in that position, how do you expect to block through your shoulders when you're jumping backwards onto your hands for the back handspring.

Makes no sense to me.  A lot of students just want to get spotted for the back handspring.. as if that will get them the skill any faster. And if they do, they think as though they have advanced faster than the other student who is going through the progressions.. They haven't.  In fact, they held themselves back.
